Tart

Our product was created through two separate product interpretations. In the bottom layer, within tart dough, there are two different ganaches (milk chocolate and strawberry ganache). On top of it, there is an Italian cream with an intense strawberry flavor. In the half-sphere filling placed on the top layer, there is strawberry-flavored cream with a raspberry filling inside. The top layer has a couverture chocolate coating and our velvet food coloring.
