The seller was very flexible, stayed in touch throughout the entire process, answered all our questions (even the smallest ones), and carefully considered our requests. They also sent plenty of photos and a video before sending the bouquet.
The delivery was completed within 15 minutes. The bouquet was very neat, and the fresh freesias smelled wonderful!
