There was no card with the name of person who should receive this flowers. So when my girlfriend came to the hotel (flowers were on the reception), they didn’t give her flowers. She got them only after i wrote to her that there should be flowers on the reception . She came there and staff said that there is no card in flowers - if you want, you can take them… No surprise (

The manager was very attentive and helped me choose beautiful flowers. The delivery was fast, too.

Второй раз заказываю в этом магазине. Оба раза хорошие букеты привезли. По фото показалось цвета роз не совсем те, но когда приехали цветы они были именно такие как на карточке товара.
