We ordered a bouquet and a balloon for the next morning, but it wasn’t possible to deliver the balloon within that time slot. The seller responded very quickly, understood our situation, and offered several solutions. In the end, additional flowers were added, and the bouquet turned out much fuller. The seller was very flexible, stayed in touch throughout the entire process, answered all our questions (even the smallest ones), and carefully considered our requests. They also sent plenty of photos and a video before sending the bouquet. The delivery was completed within 15 minutes. The bouquet was very neat, and the fresh freesias smelled wonderful! I can confidently recommend this seller!✨ Мы заказали букет и шарик на следующее утро, но в это время не было возможности доставить шарик. Продавец очень быстро ответил, вошёл в наше положение и предложил несколько вариантов решения. В итоге он добавил больше цветов, и букет получился гораздо более пышным. Продавец был очень гибким, всегда оставался на связи, отвечал на все, даже самые мелкие, вопросы и учитывал наши пожелания. Перед отправкой прислал много фото и видео. Доставили в течение 15 минут. Букет получился очень аккуратным, а свежие фрезии прекрасно пахли! С уверенностью могу рекомендовать продавца!✨
